Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with Sweetistics, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund for Sweetistics
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended for violations)
  • The refund request is for technical issues we cannot resolve

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@sweetistics.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
  4. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through Stripe. The refund should appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No future charges will be made to your account
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access

5. Partial Refunds

For subscriptions older than 14 days, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may provide partial refunds or account credits in cases of:

  • Extended service outages (more than 48 hours)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions older than 14 days (except as noted above)
  • One-time analysis credits or add-ons
  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed AI analyses)
  • Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for refunds rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and additional fees.

8. Price Changes

If we change our pricing, existing subscribers will maintain their current rate for at least 60 days. We'll notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

9. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled.
